TOWN OF HAMILTON PROPERTY TAX CLASSIFICATION HEARING

The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Hamilton will be conducting a Public Hearing with the Board of Assessors, as part of its regular agenda, on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Memorial Room at the Hamilton Town Hall.  The hearing is required by Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40, Section 56, as amended.  The subject of the hearing concerns the allocation of the local property tax levy among five property classes, as defined in Section 2-A of M.G.L., Ch. 59, for fiscal year 2022.
