Since 1893, the <a href="http://www.wenhamvillageimprovementsociety.org" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Wenham Village Improvement Society</a> has worked to beautify the Town of Wenham and make it a better place to live. Honoring our tradition, the WIVS will again this year host the town lunch for all registered voters in the Town of Wenham. Please join us on Saturday, April 11th at noon at the Buker School for our famous egg, ham, and chicken salad sandwiches followed by fresh fruit pies with coffee or lemonade. The Annual Town Meeting will follow this event at 1:00pm. Special thanks to our Wenham Village Improvement Society members, <a href="https://www.facebook.com/thewenhamteahouse/posts/829706700404293?fref=nf" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Fresh Foods</a> of the Wenham Tea House, the <a href="http://maclubs.esiteasp.com/hamilton-wenham_garden_club/home.nxg" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Hamilton Wenham Garden Club </a>and the Ayers Estate, the First Church in Wenham, the Town of Wenham and the Hamilton Wenham Regional School District for adding their efforts and resources to make this day a success.

From Amy Beach’s luminous flute Variations to the autumnal depth of Brahms’ Clarinet Quintet, from Elgar’s intimate Romance for bassoon to the radiant warmth of Florence Price’s Adoration, we trace how far a single melodic line can stretch, and how much feeling a single breath can hold.
Breath and Line continues our multi sensory, accessible series “Notes on Belonging”. As the music unfolds, visual artists respond in real time, tracing the contours and phrasing of the performance. The result is an immersive exploration of breath, movement, and line.

Original artwork by Wenham artist Jeff Pacione who’s work ranges from realistic/semi-realistic plein air oil paintings created in numerous places across the country, to still lifes produced in his intimate home studio. With Jeff’s broad stylist scope and ability to capture dramatic color, lighting, and mood ­— you’ll be sure to find something that piques your interest.

A branding and design specialist by trade, Jeff studied at Carnegie Mellon, worked in Boston and London for many years, and co-founded and ran Catapult Thinking from 2000 – 2015. 
Following a stroke during a triple by-pass in 2015, Jeff’s recovery process was long and difficult, bolstered by refocusing on the more artistic side of himself. He found his love of fine art again and has enjoyed honing his skills over the past six years. Despite having to relearn many things with his less dominant side, he now draws with his right hand and paints with his left. Jeff’s main challenge remains language retrieval (Aphasia).
