Trash Pickup, Electronic Waste Update for July 4 Weekend
Here's what you need to know about waste pickup in Hamilton and Wenham this weekend.
July 4 falls on a Saturday this year, so Friday, July 3 is the official federal holiday.
Even so, Hamilton residents will have regular trash pickup on Friday, July 3. Make sure to put your trash and recycling on the curb by 7 a.m. that day. Wenham’s trash pickup is also unaffected by the holiday.
On Saturday, July 4, the regular monthly electronic waste drop-off event for Wenham residents will take place at the Highway Garage (91 Grapevine Road). Payment for items to be dropped off must be made ahead of time at the Wenham Town Clerk’s office and a dated receipt must accompany the item to be dropped off.

Remember, Wenham Town Hall is CLOSED on Friday, July 3, so you’ll need to make your payment be Thursday.
