VNA Care Network offers No-Cost Senior Wellness Clinics
VNA Care Network offers free elderly wellness clinic in Gloucester
VNA Care Network is hosting a series of “Keep Well” clinics that are free and open to residents ages 60 and over. Run by community health nurses from VNA Care Network, services include health assessments (blood pressure, blood sugar, and weight monitoring; cardiopulmonary assessments, etc.), teaching (medication, diet, disease management, preventive health, etc.), and referrals to community resources. Keep Well clinics are a chance for seniors to meet one-on-one with a community health nurse for blood pressure monitoring and other health assessments.
