After decades in the department, Bob Blanchard is stepping down.
WENHAM, MA — Wenham's fire chief is stepping down after decades in the department, Wicked Local reported. Bob Blanchard cited medical concerns for his decision. He has planned to retire next summer.
Deputy Chief Stephen Kavanagh will be Acting Fire Chief for now, the paper reported.
