Wenham: Lynn Man Returns to Pick up his Towed Car and is Arrested on a Warrant

Friday, Nov. 10

9:25 a.m. An animal call was handled on Grapevine Road.
10:24 a.m. A vehicle was disabled on Cherry Street.
11:43 a.m. Paperwork was served at a Pleasant Street address.
2:10 p.m. Services were rendered to a disabled vehicle on Larch Lane.
3:44 a.m. A car was stopped and an arrest was made on Main Street. Arrested was Brian Winter, 38, of 161 West Hollis St., Nashua, N.H. and charged with operating with a suspended license and on a warrant from Lawrence District Court. Officer Shane Kavanagh made the arrest.
7:15 p.m. A verbal warning was issued after a car stop on Arbor Street.
8:09 p.m. A verbal warning was issued after a car stop on Main Street.
9:36 p.m. Assistance was rendered at a Maple Street address.
9:54 p.m. A ticket was issued after a car stop on Main Street.
Saturday, Dec. 11
4:03 p.m. A criminal complaint was issued after a car stop on Main Street.
4:20 p.m. A car crash not requiring an investigation occurred at Walnut Road and Larch Row.
4:55 p.m. A criminal complaint was issued after a car stop on Main Street.
5:24 p.m. A fire alarm at a Walnut Road address was caused by an accidental activation or defective alarm.
9:14 p.m. A verbal warning was issued after a car stop on Grapevine Road.
9:24 p.m. A larceny was reported at the on Arbor Street.

Sunday, Dec. 12

7:56 a.m. A motor vehicle accident occurred on Topsfield Road.
11:06 a.m. A verbal warning was issued after a car stop at Main and Cherry streets.
11:36 a.m. A ticket was issued after a car stop on Grapevine Road.
12:34 p.m. A verbal warning was issued after a car stop on Main Street.
3:34 p.m. A man whose car was stopped at about 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 11 on Main Street came to the station to retrieve his car. The car's driver was issued a summons for unlicensed operation and the car was towed.
But the car's owner had a warrant and when he came to the station he was arrested on the warrant for failure to appear in Lawrence District Court and allowing an improper person to operate a motor vehicle. Arrested was Marlon Charles-Cortez, 25, of 116 Green St. in Lynn. Officer Shane Kavanagh made the arrest.
9:17 p.m. A ticket was issued after a car stop on Walnut Road.
10:37 p.m. A suspicious vehicle was reported on Conrad Circle.
