Wenham New, Old Tax Assessed Values Now Available
You can check your new value against the old value.
Wenham’s new Fiscal Year 2015 property tax assessed values are now available.
Addresses are listed alphabetically on the PDF and include the old value, new value and percent of change.
On average, the reassessments returned with values that increased by 20 percent, according an article posted by Michelle Bailey. Abatements are due by the end of January.
