Wenham Police Department Alerts Residents to New Gun Regulation
There's a new process for reporting the sale, transfer or surrender of firearms in Massachusetts.
Gun owners in Massachusetts take note.
According to a post from the Wenham Police Department, state law now requires gun owners t report the sale, transfer or surrender of all firearms online through the Massachusetts Gun Transaction Portal.
Paper FA-10 documents will no longer be accepted for this purpose.
