Remember, Friday, July 3 is the federal holiday this year.

Saturday is Independence Day, and chances are you’ve got plans for the weekend. Make sure your propane tank is filled, you’ve got some sparklers and there are enough buns and beer.
Take a look at what’s open and closed on July 4 AND keep in mind that July 3 is a federal holiday this year, so federal offices will be closed Friday. That also means banks, Wenham and Hamilton town halls and the Hamilton-Wenham Public Library are closed on Friday, July 3.

- Municipal, state, federal offices: Closed.
- Mail: Post offices closed; express delivery only.
