• Deborah Potter Waugh (capecodchronicle.com) — Longtime Harwich Port resident Deborah "Debby" Potter Waugh has died at 91, passing peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones. Deeply rooted in Cape Cod life, she cherished family gatherings, evenings at Allen Harbor Yacht Club, gardening, and "bunny walks" with grandchildren, and leaves behind four children, including one in Harwich Port, plus many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
