Prosecutors say he traveled with cash and condoms after responding to an undercover online ad, and he now faces sentencing in November alongside others caught in similar operations.
• Topsfield Fair Awards $157K In Scholarships To 36 North Shore HS Graduates (patch.com) — A Haverhill student is among 36 North Shore graduates sharing $157,000 in scholarships from the Topsfield Fair and Essex Agricultural Society, recognizing community involvement and fair volunteerism. The awards span 18 high schools across the region, and applications for the class of 2027 will open early next year as the 208th Topsfield Fair approaches its October 2–12 run.
