2015 Special Events Series Kicks Off at The Company Theatre

The award-winning Company Theatre Center for Performing Arts kicks off their 2015 Special Events Series, featuring an eclectic lineup of performances, providing the best in music, comedy and guest speaker entertainment. All events are held at The Company Theatre Centre for the Arts, 30 Accord Park Drive, Norwell.

Changes in Latitudes: The Jimmy Buffett Tribute – Sat., January 10, 8 pm, tickets $27
New England’s best Jimmy Buffett tribute band takes Margaritaville to a new high! Finheads sing along to such great, sun-soaked hits as “Fins,” “Cheeseburger in Paradise” and many more.

The Bridgewater Triangle – Tues., January 27, 7:30 pm, tickets $20
200-square miles of Southeastern Massachusetts, stretching from Bridgewater, to Abington, to Raynham, have a spooky history of paranormal activity, inspiring a movie. See it on the big screen, and meet the directors on site!

Bad Medicine: A Tribute to Bon Jovi – Sat., January 31, 8 pm, tickets $28

Presley, Perkins, Lewis & Cash: A Night To Remember – Sat., February 21, 4 & 8 pm, tickets $33
A rollicking concert tribute to Memphis, 1956 when Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins and Johnny Cash all walked into Sam Phillips’ studio and made rock & roll history together, including “Blue Suede Shoes,” “That’s All Right,” “Great Balls of Fire,” “Walk the Line,” “Hound Dog” and more.

Game of Thrones: A Look Beyond the Wall – Sat., February 28, 8 pm, tickets $20
Acclaimed author Valerie Estelle Frankel discusses the popular TV series and literary phenomenon, which inspired her to write three books on the subject. Valerie leads open discussion upcoming season with many surprises in store.

Five O’Clock Shadow – Tues., May 5, 7:30 pm, tickets $20
Rock, jazz, blues and soul pours out of the speakers from the hearts and voices of this Boston-based, widely broadcast all-vocal acapella rock band for the ultimate concert experience.

James Montgomery Blues Band – Sat., May 16, 8 pm, tickets $25
Grammy-nominated Blues Legend James Montgomery “brings it on home” with his 30 year, top notch band, having played with the likes of Kid Rock and Gregg Allman, a vital presence in Blues as one of the most dynamic performers and harmonica players on the scene.

Divas with a Twist features some of the hottest female voices in the Boston area along with Grammy nominated musicians, dynamic vocals and refreshingly new arrangements of pop, rock, jazz, country and Broadway!
