The Complete History of America (abridged) is a roller coaster ride through the glorious history of our nation. This fast paced comedy runs riot over 500 years of landmark events in 5000 seconds! There’s plenty of fun and tons of improv which makes this production so great!

Rehearsals are held as an extension of the ACT Summer Workshop, from June 29 through July 3, 3:15 to 5:30 pm, July 7 through July 9, 3:15 to 5:30 pm, and from July 13 through July 17, 9 am to 3 pm.

ACT Summer Workshop sparks creativity and builds self-confidence through the arts in a challenging, supportive and fun environment. Students are able to choose six classes per day from over sixty classes in the performing and visual arts. Early registration is recommended as the program is amongst the most popular on Boston’s South Shore.

Founded in 1987, ACT was established to build confidence in the performing arts in a creative, safe and supportive environment. Students are motivated towards self-expression through progressive technique training geared to children, teens and adults, and perform in up to 4 productions each year. ACT Studio One features an established teaching-artist based faculty, who educate, nurture and encourage proper technical development in voice, acting, movement and music. The program is designed to lead students to confident, positive life experiences.
