Barney Frank to Speak in Hingham
The longtime U.S. Representative for Massachusetts's 4th congressional district will speak at Hingham's Glastonbury Abbey Institute as a keynote presenter for the lecture, "Listening to Other Voices," on Thursday, October 18th, at 7:15 p.m.

Massachusetts Congressman Barney Frank will speak in Hingham next week.
The longtime U.S. Representative for Massachusetts's 4th congressional district will speak at Hingham's Glastonbury Abbey Institute as a keynote presenter for the lecture, “Listening to Other Voices,” on Thursday, October 18th, at 7:15 p.m.
The Benedictine Monks of Glastonbury Abbey offer this yearly lecture series as part of their ongoing commitment to inter-religious dialogue, , Hayes Shea, Glastonbury Abbey Director of Mission Advancement said in a press release.

Congressman Frank’s topic will be “Social Responsibility v. the Deficit: The Budget and the Common Good.”
Congressman Frank is a well-known and provocative speaker. Elected to Congress in 1980, Congressman Frank has worked on issues involving social justice and economic redress for those most marginalized in society.
