Cradles to Crayons is Hosting a Hingham Drop-Off Point Saturday November 5, 2011
This Saturday, local children's charity, Cradles to Crayons will be hosting a drop off point so that they can collect children's winter clothing for those local youth who may be in need of such items.
As a Cradles to Crayons supporter, I wanted to make sure you knew that Cradles to Crayons is hosting a collection drop off point in Hingham MA. They are currently in the middle of their Gear Up for Winter campaign which calls for 15,000 winter coats, 12,000 hats and gloves, 8,000 winter boots, and 35,000 warm outfits. Support Cradles to Crayons by donating these warm winter essentials this weekend. By donating to Cradles to Crayons, you can also free up closet space around your home while helping kids living in homeless and low income situations across the Commonwealth.
Drop-off Details
You can drop off your winter essentials on Saturday, November 5th from 9 AM to 12 Noon at the Resurrection Church located on 1057 Main Street in Hingham, MA. This is a great centrally located drop off spot, centrally located in Hingham with close access to Route 3, neighboring Norwell, and Cohasset.
Items Needed
Cradles to Crayons will be collecting new and gently used, or new and like new items, including, but not limited to; Winter Clothing, Winter Coats, Footwear, Hats, Gloves, Mittens, New Socks, and New Underwear. Of course, recent and good condition books and baby items are always in demand and thus welcomed donations.
