Holiday Treat: Simple Sugar Cookies

Holiday recipe: Simple sugar cookies

I know that , exercise and are in abundance at this time of year. And the tips are helpful – not to be ignored. At the same time, let’s face it. It’s the holidays! Instead of deprivation think moderation. Rather than forgoing your favorite treats, slow down and savor each bite. You’ll be less likely over do it and instead enjoy the seasonal favorites.

Today I’m including one of my favorite holiday treats – Millie’s Sugar Cookies (honestly, I have no idea who Millie is!  My family has made these for years!)

Looking for another sweet treat for the holidays? Check out this recipe for Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Candies – another family favorite and tradition.
