Two Great Networking Organizations South of Boston
Two great networking organizations south of Boston.
Are you a business professional or business owner looking to create relationships for business success south of Boston? Two of my favorite south shore networking organizations are holding membership campaigns this month.
In no particular order:
SOUTH SHORE WOMEN'S BUSINESS NETWORK (SSWBN)

SSWBN is a 20 year old organization focused on providing coaching, contacts and collaboration opportunities for women business owners and professionals south of Boston (men are members, too!). They offer a variety of networking and educational events including monthly luncheons and breakfasts, business after hours, professional development workshops and conferences and more.
I’ve been a member of SSWBN for 6 years. I’ve also served on their board and in 2009 President. The relationships I developed through SSWBN have benefited me personally and professionally.

SSWBN is perfect for new and veteran business owners who want to create relationships south of Boston for business success. You will feel welcomed and comfortable right away. You can learn more about them online at www.sswbn.org, check out their calendar of upcoming events. Attend the free after hours on April 11 or connect with them on Facebook.
New members who join during the membership drive in April save $50 off their annual membership.
SOUTH SHORE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
The South Shore Chamber offers networking and advocacy for small and large businesses on the South Shore. I joined in 2011 to network with larger organizations and learn more about the economic development in the area.
I currently serve as an ambassador, introducing the community to the Chamber and it’s offerings and have been quite pleased with the people I’ve met and my general Chamber experience.
The South Shore Chamber offers diverse programming including educational workshops and forums, networking, women’s programs, political and economic advocacy. Something for the new and seasoned professional.
New members who join the chamber now through May 31 can also save $50 off their membership.
Want to learn more? Attend an upcoming event or reception to meet fellow professionals and find out if the Chamber is right for you or your business. Email me directly (stacey@staceyshipman.com) for more details.
