Break-In on Foley Beach Road
There were three reported break-ins in Hingham that happened on Tuesday.

A house was broken into on Foley Beach Road in Hingham on Tuesday morning.
Hingham Police reported the robber or robbers entered through the unlocked front door and stole jewelry, but left other visible items of value untouched including a laptop.
According to police, a beige colored SUV in the driveway between 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Witnesses said a black male with a clipboard was walking in the Foley Beach Road property during the time of the robbery.

This was the third house break of the day, according to a post on the Hingham Police Facebook page.
The suspect or suspects may have been scared away when the resident came home at 10:30 a.m., police said.

Police received a report of the break-in on Thursday.
