Daily Life as a Spiritual Practice (Part 1)

Weekend Retreat: April 22-24 at Glastonbury Abbey with Martin Mullins, M.Sc. & Br. Daniel Walters, OSB

“God is at home, it is we who have gone out for a walk.” ~ Meister Eckhart
During this weekend, we will explore Meister Eckhart’s teachings on the way of spiritual practice, drawing on the insights of modern psychology and the insights of the great spiritual traditions, within an overall Judeo-Christian context. Participants will be invited to “let go” of achievement energy, a letting go to receive who we are on the way to fullness of being. Through the practice of meditative self-presence, participants will experience the shift from living life out on an ethos of scarcity to one of abundance. We die to new life.

Facilitators: Martin Mullins, M.Sc. and Brother Daniel, OSB

Suggested Offering: $190.00 includes 2-nights' accommodation and meals. Reservation required. Please contact Joan on 781-749-2155 ext. 300 or email retreats@glastonburyabbey.org or register online at http://www.glastonburyabbey.org/index.php/retreat-sign-up
