The Hingham Public Library will feature "Mao's Last Dancer", directed by Bruce Beresford, on Wednesday, Ma7 18th, from 7 to 9pm. This powerful film was based on a true story about Li Cunxin, a Chinese peasant boy who used his natural talent and iron determination to become a one of the most world-renowned ballet dancers, and how he risks it all to stay with the American woman he loves.
