Foster's Fall Fair is Today
All proceeds from Saturday's Foster fair, the school's largest fundraiser of the year, go directly to the school's curriculum enrichment programs for students school-wide.
Foster Elementary School enthusiastically invites Hingham residents to help kick off autumn during its annual fall fair today, October 13, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This fun-filled event, to be held rain or shine, will feature a host of activities and games for all ages, including obstacle courses, a giant slide, and life-size hamster balls, along with arts and crafts projects like pumpkin decorating, sand and flower art, face and nail painting and tattoos. Hamburgers & hotdogs, drinks, popcorn and cotton candy will be available, with an array of baked goods to be sold at the fair’s bake table.
The Fair also features a comprehensive silent auction, offering a wide range of vacation packages and get-aways, events, services and more. Highlighted items will include: weekends to Cape Cod and Little Compton, RI; $2,000 worth of orthodontics; Red Sox box seat tickets; auto detailing; personal training sessions; birthday party packages; golf outings; framed art items; and thematic baskets.
