Fourth of July Fundraiser

Get out Thursday night and raise money for the Hingham Fourth of July parade. There will be a Silent Auction Fundraiser tonight at from 7 to 10 p.m. and all money raised will go towards the annual town parade.  Tickets are $50 at the door.  Auction items include Red Sox tickets, spa packages, and restaurant gift cards.

Evening of Art and Wine

Get out to the Annual Arts Festival this weekend at the .  On Friday there is an Evening of Art and Wine, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. with wine tasting provided by Marsh’s Wine and Spirits of Norwell.

Mini-Makeover for Moms

Get out Saturday, at The Coop in Hingham Square for a Mother's Day event. Enjoy refreshments as you shop the collections of The Pink Poppy and Lollipops for Mother's Day gifts. Liz Fuller from Makeup Artistry, Inc. will be on hand from 9 a.m.-11:00 a.m. to give mothers a complimentary mini-makeover.

Decorate a Flower Pot

Get out Saturday afternoon to the Derby Street Shoppes for the Mother's Day at Derby Street .  There will be potted African Daisies for sale for $10 and guests can decorate a flower pot for $5 at the Giving House next to REI.  The event runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and all proceeds benefit the Germantown Neighborhood.

Memorial and Dedication Ceremony

Get out this Saturday for a Memorial and Dedication Ceremony at the former site of the US Naval Ammunitions Depot at the at 2:00 p.m. Residents are invited to visit the monument, and stay for refreshments.

Fashion Show

Get Out Saturday as the Hingham Sewing School will hold a fashion show at the .   The free family fun event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will include food, fashion, Mother’s Day gifts for sale and a raffle.  All of the proceeds will benefic the Hingham Public Library.
