Cinco De Mayo Party

Get out Thursday night as is inviting the Hingham community to a Cinco De Mayo party at   There will be a Spanish buffet and cash bar  from 8 to 11 p.m. and all the money raised will benefit the Friends of the Homeless of the South Shore in coordination with the Hingham Mother's Club.

Wine Tasting

Get out Saturday for a special wine tasting from 4 to 7 p.m. at The event will feature 25 wines and 20 Craft beers along with Bourbon, Vodka and Tequila tastings.

Cookout/Auction/Walk for James Gordon

Get out Sunday and support a Hingham cancer patient.  There will be a for senior who is currently battling cancer on Sunday at 5:30 p.m. Hingham families are invited to a fundraiser walk at followed by an auction and cookout at Lynch Field.

Plymouth River School’s Fundraising Event

Get out for the at the S  from 7 p.m. to midnight on  May 5.  The event includes a live auction hosted by Hingham’s own, Tom Hoffman.  Prizes include a chance to meet Donnie Wahlberg, a chance to win Red Sox tickets and much more.

Boston Classical Guitar Society Concert

Get out for some free live music on Saturday. The and the Boston Classical Guitar Society will present The Boston Guitar Orchestra  in a free performance  at 3:30 pm in the Library’s Dolphin Gallery.

56 Annual Arts Festival

Get out this weekend for the 56 Annual Arts Festival. The show will be held daily from May 3-13, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sundays from noon to 4 p.m. at , 685 Main Street, Route 228, Hingham.

Fun Family Fair

Get out for a fun family fair at the this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  The event will include a silent auction with over 100 items, a moonwalk, cotton candy, popcorn and hot dogs.

Psychic Fair

Get out Sunday afternoon and find out what’s in store for you in the future.  There will be a psychic fair on Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Sons of Italy Lodge #1851 at the corner of Route 3A and Kilby Street in Hingham.

Plant Sale

Get out this Saturday and celebrate the start of Spring with a breakfast and plant sale at the   from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Fundraiser for Scituate Animal Shelter

Get out and raise money for the nearby Scituate Animal Shelter.  There is a fundraiser dog walk on Saturday morning from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Bare Cove Park.  All of the money donated will benefit the Scituate Animal Shelter.

Farmer's Market

Get out and head to the opening day of the Hingham Farmer's Market on Saturday at the Bathing Beach parking area from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m..
