Girl Scouts visit Fox 25

Director Mike Finnerty gave the girls a behind the scenes tour of the Newsroom and studio. The girls learned about robotic cameras, tele-prompters, editing and how a newscast is put on the air live. They even got to take turns working the cameras and audio board. Their favorite part,however, was the weather station where they got to see how a green screen is used to put weather graphics behind the weatherman.
