Hingham Baseball Capture Keenan Division Title

Greene smacks two home runs, six RBI and earns win over North Quincy High School.

The Hingham High School baseball team are once again Keenan Division Champions after defeating North Quincy 11-7 on Wednesday afternoon.

Junior Sean Greene carried the Harbormen on his shoulders by hitting two home runs and driving in six runs.  Greene was also the winning pitcher in the game.  He pitched four innings, striking out five batters, walking five, and giving up four earned runs.

"Sean struggled a little bit with his control but he hasn't been on the mound as much as we would have liked so it's hard to ask someone to be sharp when they aren't getting consistent work," said Hingham Head  Coach Bob Rodgers on Greene's pitching performance. "Overall though, he kept us in the game and gave our offense, especially himself, a chance to do the job."
