
The No.4 ranked Hingham High School boys soccer team will begin their quest for a State Championship with a second round tournament match-up against Foxboro this afternoon at home at 2:30 p.m.
The Harbormen are 13-3-3 this season and earned a first round bye in the 2011 MIAA Boys Soccer South Division 2 tournament. Their oponent, Foxborough High School (8-8-1) is ranked No.13 and defeated No. 20 Milton on Sunday by a score of 2-1.
The winner of today's match up will move on to the Quarter Finals of the Tournament to play Norwell High School.

Girls Soccer and Field Hockey
In other Hingham sports news, the girls soccer team fell to Needham on Saturday, 3-2 in a shootout. On Thursday, the girls field hockey team fell to Falmouth, 2-1 in the opening round of their tournament.

Notre Dame Volleyball
On Friday, Notre Dame Academy's Volleyball team defeated Stoughton, 3-0 in the first round of the MIAA Girls Soccer South Division 1 tournament. They will play their second round match-ip against North Attleboro.
