Hingham Brigham's Officially Becomes Patti's Place
Patti's Place officially opened in Hingham Square on Saturday. The last day they served Brigham's ice cream was on Friday.

For the first time in 60 years, Brigham's ice cream is no longer being served in Hingham Square.
Patti's Place officially opened on Saturday, and began serving its new ice cream, Giffords. Patti's Place replaces Brigham's, which had been operating in Hingham since 1954.
Owner Pat Halliday was forced to change the restaurant's name and ice cream after Hood Inc. decided to stop the production of Brigham’s ice cream.
