Hingham Fireworks Expected to Draw Thousands
Music, face painting, and sand art are all expected at the 2011 July 4th Community Celebration.
Hingham will kick off its Fourth of July Weekend with the annual Fireworks show Saturday night over the harbor.
The annual show is organized by the Hingham Lion’s Club which continues to fund the $30,000 event, with help of donations from the community.
Club President Mark Casale said the event is expected to draw anywhere from 20,000 to 30,000 people this year, especially with the nice weather projected for Saturday.
