Get your calendar ready! Spring is here, and the Hingham Newcomers Club schedule is jam packed with activities for all ages. From clothing drives to nature hikes with the kids, to a night on the town, Hingham Newcomers Club has something for everyone. Take a look, and get ready for the good times ahead!

Drop Off: 25 French Street, Hingham OR 13 Otis Hill Road, Hingham
Clean out your closets, and help your adult neighbors go back to work! HNC is collecting clean, gently used business casual and career clothes for adults. Acceptable garments including suits, jackets, pants, skirts, shirts/blouses, accessories and shoes. Please make sure all clothes are on hangers. All donations will benefit the Wellspring Shop in Hull.

Get back to nature with your children! This one hour program includes a live animal presentation, nature hike and EcoZone tour led by a Science Center naturalist. The cost is $10 per child.
Increase your Curb Appeal- Planter/Container Gardening Class!
Tuesday, May 15th, 7:00 - 8:30 PM
Kennedy’s Garden Center -85 Chief Justice Cushing Highway Scituate, MA
Dish the dirt with Chris Kennedy, MCH of Kennedy’s Country Gardens. Chris will cover everything you need to know to successfully plant your window boxes, containers and patio pots this spring. He will talk about the variety of containers, soils, fertilizers, plants and more. Be ready to get your gardening gloves dirty! You can bring your own container or purchase one there. Kennedy’s will provide the soil! Light refreshments will also be provided.
Bring or buy gloves (if needed) and your planting container. OR arrive early (while it is still light out) to select a new pot or window box.

Meet the bus at:
HNC supports the designated driver program and has chartered a bus to start out in Hingham and bar-hop all the way to Hull and back. Admission is $20 for HNC members and $25 for non-members. The price includes snacks and beverages on the bus, transportation to the bars, and a safe ride to YOUR HOME!
