On Wednesday, the Hingham Town Hall observed Police Officers Memorial Day by placing a wreath outside of the building and lowering the flag to half staff.
Several Hingham Police Officers traveled to Washington DC this week to honor those officers across the country who were died in the line of duty. Ceremonies are at the National Law Enforcement Memorial.
