UPDATE: Missing 89-Year-Old Hingham Man Found

An elderly resident that went missing has been found in Boston.

Update, 11:26 p.m. - Hingham police say they found an 89-year-old man from Hingham that went missing Monday. Bryce Blakely was found in Boston’s South End Monday evening by two women. Blakely was wondering the neighborhood when he was found by the women according to police.

The Hingham Police are trying to locate an 89 year old resident who left his house today to drive to an appointment and never arrived.

Bryce Blakely, a male described as an 89-years-old and six feet tall, at left his house 10:50 a.m. on Monday morning to go to a 10:30 a.m. medical appointment on Libby Parkway in Weymouth. He was last seen on video driving out of Linden Ponds turning right (north) on Whiting Street. (Route 53) headed toward Weymouth..

According to police, he has either previously lived in and has relatives in three Massachusetts communities (Canton, Lexington & Orleans). He does has some early stages of dementia.

He is driving his 2008 gray Toyota Camry four door with Mass license plate 151756 (which is the older green letter style license plate). He lives in Linden Ponds on Whiting Street.

Please contact the Hingham Police at 781-749-1212 if you have any information you’ve seen him or his car. It is possible he may be in a parking lot off the road confused.
