Wakefield, who lives in Hingham during the Major League Season won his 200 career game on Tuesday.

Boston Red Sox knuckleballer Tim Wakefield won his 200 career game last night as the Red Sox defeated the Toronto Blue Jays 18-6.
Wakefield, age 45, lives in Hingham during the the Major League Baseball season. During the off-season, he resides in Florida.
Wakefield has been in the league since 1992 and now joins a list of 110 other pitchers in Major League history to win 200 career games. Since the MLB modern day era began, he is the 89th pitcher in baseball to accomplish 200 wins.

Wakefield is the fifth player to win his 200 with the Red Sox, joining Lefty Grove, Ferguson Jenkins, Luis Tiant and Curt Schilling. He is second in all-time wins at Fenway Park with 97, only behind Roger Clemens' 100.
