Hingham High School will once again compete in this year's season of High School Quiz Show on WGBH. HHS is one of <a href="http://www.wgbh.org/articles/Super-Sunday-2012-7229" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">95 public high schools</a> <a href="http://www.wgbh.org/articles/High-School-Quiz-Show-Map-7331" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">across Massachusetts</a> will gather at WGBH in Brighton on "Super Sunday" (November 4) for a chance to compete on season four of "High School Quiz Show." On "Super Sunday," each academic team of four students will take an identical oral quiz of 100 questions. From the 95 schools, the top 16 teams will advance to appear on the televised show, a single-elimination, bracketed academic tournament that includes eight qualifying matches, quarterfinals, semifinals and a state championship match.  Last year, Hingham advanced to the round of 16. Once again this year, the television game show will be hosted by Kiss 108 morning show co-host Billy Costa.  If Hingham advances to the next round, HHS students will be invited to cheer them on at the studio.
