IPod donation program at Bridges by EPOCH at Hingham

Bridges by EPOCH at Hingham is collecting new and used iPods for a new music program to enrich the lives of memory-impaired residents.

Bridges by EPOCH at Hingham is collecting new and used iPods as part of a new music program to enrich the lives of memory-impaired residents. Research shows that music can help enhance the quality of life for people with Alzheimer’s and dementia by alleviating depression, agitation and anxiety. Music has also been proven to help recover memories and stimulate recognition. The public is welcome and encouraged to donate new or used iPods or iTunes gift cards to help Bridges residents experience music’s powerful benefits. Please contact Sarah Turcotte for more information at 781-749-7114. Bridges by EPOCH at Hingham is located at 1 Sgt. William B. Terry Drive.
