Linden Ponds Veterans Visit Washington, D.C. Thanks to Honor Flight

Hingham, MA -- Veterans from Linden Ponds flew down to Washington, D.C. to visit memorials dedicated to honor their service and sacrifices for free via Honor Flight New England.

Honor Flight New England joined with the national organization Honor Flight Network in the Spring of 2009 and is a non-profit organization created solely to honor America’s veterans for all of their sacrifices. Through generous donations they transport heroes to Washington, D.C., to visit and reflect at their memorials AT NO COST TO THE VETERAN. Top priority is given to the senior veterans – World War II survivors.*

Over 70 Veterans from New England flew down with Honor Flight NE.

Linden Ponds is one of 18 continuing care retirement communities managed by Erickson Living. Linden Ponds is situated on a scenic 108-acre campus in Hingham, MA. The vibrant campus opening in October 2004 and is home to 1,200 people who are enjoying life to the fullest.
