When Hingham officer Michael Gervasi pulled Greene’s red Jeep over on Isaac Sprague Drive at 1:09 a.m. he said he was coming from the Ocean Kai Restaurant and claimed he had been lost in the neighborhood for a while.

Police said Greene was unsteady on his feet, had glassy red eyes and slurred speech and officers noticed a strong odor of alcohol coming from his breath and vehicle. Two full Coors Light cans attached to a six pack ring were also seen on the vehicle’s passenger seat, the police report stated.
