Daniel Weaver Jr., 20, of 43 Thaxter St., Hingham was arraigned in Quincy District Court on charges including five counts of vandalizing property. The case was continued to Feb. 4. Weaver was released on personal recognizance. The charges stem from a Sept. 2 incident at the MBTA station at Quincy Center where MBTA police alleged Weaver spraypainted the words "Amok MTE" on public property.
