Police Log: Hingham Woman Drives Drunk With Two Flats

At 7:26 a.m. the Hingham Fire Department responded to a house fire on Lazell Street.  When they arrived the found a smoked filled kitchen and cleared the scene.

At 9:54 a.m. a caller on Triphammer Road reported his vehicle’s back passenger window was smashed. Nothing was reported stolen.

At 3:11 p.m. a caller at the Firestone Tires on Whiton Street reported a suspicious woman driving with two flat tires.  When police arrived they arrested Donna Harkness, age 60 of Hingham for operating under the influence of alcohol and driving to endanger.

At 9:58 p.m. a caller reported a large group of youths at the Red Mango at the Hingham Shipyard.
