Police Log: Banging on the Wall, Plow Hits Gas Line, and More

February 17
9:59 p.m. - A caller in an apartment on Chief Justice Cushing Highway reported a neighbor banging on her wall. Both parties and the landlord were notified of the complaint.

6:39 a.m. - A vehicle at the intersection of East Street and Joy Lane spun out and hit a snowbank.
3:44 p.m. - A plow struck the gas line to Avalon at the Hingham Shipyard. The gas was shut off and National Grid was called to handle the situation.

9:23 p.m. - A person at CVS on the store’s unwanted list was asked to leave.
February 20
9:23 p.m. - A caller at the Scarlet Oak Tavern told police a piece of equipment was parked in his lot for week. He has tried several times to contact the company and reached an answering service. After trying the owner, he was told the equipment would be removed that evening.
