April 1210:22 p.m. - A caller reported a single motor vehicle cash into the guardrail near the Hingham Lobster Pound on Broad Cove Road. The operator, Gary Nisbet, 58, of Cohasset, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operating to endanger, and a marked lanes violation.
