Police Log: Garage Break-in, Lost Dog, Suspicious Man With Irish Accent

Sunday, November 11:
At 6:52 a.m. a caller reported a man looking inside vehicles at the Bed Bath & Beyond at the Hingham Shipyard.
At 1:29 p.m. a caller on Golf View Drive reported his garage was broken into.

At 1:35 p.m. a caller reported a resident was smoking marijuana in Thaxter Park.
At 10:46 p.m. police arrested Edmund Babcok, age 18 of Hull for driving with a suspended license, transporting liquor and drug possession of a class D substance. The arrest was made at the corner of Burditt Avenue and Otis Street.

Monday, November 12:
At 5:14 a.m. a caller reported the kids next-door were very loud.
At 6:07 a.m. a car drove into a telephone pole near the Dunkin Donuts on Whiting Street.
At 7:10 a.m. a caller reported a deer was hit by a vehicle on Lincoln Street near the Planet Fitness.
At 3:26 p.m. a caller reported a suspicious man with a Irish accent was in her driveway and asked if he could repair her walkway. The man was driving a white vehicle with Florida plates.
At 10:52 p.m. a female reported she lost her White German Sheppard at Bare Cove Park. The dog weighs between 40-50 lbs.
