Police Log: Hingham Man Calls Police After April Fools Prank, Woman Shopper Has Wallet Stolen
The following excerpt is from the Hingham police log from Tuesday, April 2.

Tuesday, April 2:
At 12:05 p.m. a caller reported she had her wallet stolen from her purse while shopping at Marshalls on Lincoln Street.
At 12:49 p.m. a caller reported he had his saw stolen from his truck on Flintlock Circle. He called back later to inform police that the incident was an April fools prank.

At 1:44 p.m. a caller reported two dogs running in the middle of Main Street in front of the South School.
At 3:23 p.m. a caller reported his son had his wallet stolen from his car on Black Rock Drive. His license was then sent to him in the mail.
