Police Log: Hingham Shoplifter Has Asthma Attack, Man Injured By Golf Ball

Tuesday, August 6:
At 11:52 a.m. security at the Kohl's Department Store reported a juvenile shoplifter was having an asthma attack after being detained for stealing from the store.
At 11:59 a.m. a caller at the South Shore Country Club reported an elderly man was injured after he was hit by a golf ball in the shoulder. The man was transported to the hospital.
At 12:07 p.m. a caller reported a small mulch fire in the 400 block of Main Street.
