Police Log: Hingham Teens Arrested, Alcohol Stolen From Barn
The following excerpts are from the Hingham police log from July 8 and 9. The arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

At 7:01 a.m. a caller reported a vehicle took down wires on Rockland Street.
At 7:51 a.m. a caller reported a barn was broken into on Newbridge Street and alcohol was stolen. The caller reported that entry was gained through the garage window. No other items were reported missing.
At 8:09 p.m. a caller reported kids drinking on Beach Road around on a bon fire. The neighbor said she spoke with the youths and the fire was extinguished. When police arrived, the scene had already been cleared.

At 11:34 p.m. a caller a Beals Cove Village reported his neighbor was loud and possibly intoxicated.

At 12:53 a.m. police arrested two Hingham teens, one 16-year-old and one 17-year-old for possession of liquor. The arrest was made on Codito Road.
At 2:48 p.m. a caller reported a customer fell at the 99 Restaurant and needed medical attention.
