Police Log: Man Steals Holiday Package From Hingham Home

The following excerpt is from the Hingham police log from Friday, December 14-16. The arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, December 14:

At 7:32 a.m. a caller reported two suspicious males on Pleasant Street.

At 1:27 p.m. a caller reported a suspicious man stole a holiday package that was delivered to a Nokomis Road home.  The man was described as being 6 foot tall with broad shoulders, a black hoodie and a baseball cap with a red visor.

At 3:22 p.m. a caller reported a stolen Nokia camera at the Derby Street Shoppes.

At 4:50 p.m. a caller reported fireworks being set off on Hull Street.

At 5:27 p.m. a caller reported a hit and run accident at the Dunkin Donuts on Whiting Street.

At 8:16 p.m. police arrested Kristen Scully, age 33 of Hull for operating under the influence of drugs at Queen Anne’s Corner on Main Street.

At 9:13 p.m. a caller reported a female shoplifter at the Kohl’s Department Store.

Saturday, December 15:

At 10:33 a.m. a caller reported a locker was broken into at the Pilgrims Skating Arena.

At 3:37 p.m. a caller reported a shoplifter at the Kohl’s Department Store at the Derby Street Shoppes. 

Sunday, December 16:

At 12:09 p.m. a caller reported a damaged fence from a neighbor on Prospect Street.

At 4:42 p.m. a caller reported two male shoplifters at Kohl’s Department Store.
