Police Log: OUI, Threats in the Bathroom, and More

February 28

1:31 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Summer Street, Robert Devine, 36, of Holbrook, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, and speeding in violation of a special regulation.

7:58 p.m. - A caller reported threats written on the bathroom walls of Barnes & Nobles. They were cleaned off but Derby Street security requested to speak with an officer.

March 1

1:58 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on George Washington Boulevard, Sean Myers, 30, of Hull, was arrested and charged with his second OUI drugs offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation.
