They were cleaned off but Derby Street security requested to speak with an officer.March 11:58 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on George Washington Boulevard, Sean Myers, 30, of Hull, was arrested and charged with his second OUI drugs offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation.
