Monday, February 25: At 9:58 a.m. a caller reported her laptop was stolen from her vehicle on Mast Hill Road. At 3:49 p.m. a caller reported her vehicle window was shamed out in the Hingham Stop &amp; Shop parking lot on Lincoln Street. At 6:30 p.m. police arrested Jeanne Orleans, age 63 of Scituate for failure to stop, and a marked lines violation on  Whiting Street.

Monday, February 25:
