When police were able to locate the vehicle, Kevin Delaney, 19, of Hull, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class E drug.8:32 a.m. - A vehicle on Colonial Road was vandalized overnight.4:50 p.m. - An intoxicated male at Boston Beer works was reported. He was reportedly trying to sit with random guests on the patio. Police found him in a vehicle on Route 3A near Shipyard Drive.
