At 11:12 a.m. a caller reported a shoplifter at the Kohl's Department Store. At 6:58 p.m. a caller reported smoke inside the Crate &amp; Barrel at the Derby Street Shoppes. At 7:00 p.m. a caller reported a vehicle on Central Street hit a deer. At 8:18 p.m. a caller reported a BMW was doing donuts in the snow at the Hingham Shipyard parking lot.
