The man was transported to Free Street.2:02 a.m. - William Tibbetts, 40, of Scituate, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop on Summer Street near Super Petroleum and charged with operating with a revoked license (subsequent offense).May 171:14 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Main Street and Pine Grove Road, Clyde Maynard, 54, of West Hartford, Conn, was arrested and charged with operating negligently to endanger, operating under the influence of alcohol (second offense), drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation.9:13 a.m. - Tools from a job site on Research Road were reported stolen.
